Resources Available To You As A Customer

Choosing a roofing contractor may seem like a daunting task, but there are many resources at your disposal to help make sure you’re choosing the right one. These can range from real customer reviews, what questions you should ask and how to make sure a company is legitimate. We encourage you to check the following websites to ensure you are confident in your decision.

Angie’s List is a consumer review website where you can read reviews written by customers just like yourself! There is a small subscription fee but unlike free review sites, Angie’s List carefully monitors to ensure all reviews are genuine.

The Better Business Bureau has been around since 1912 as a resource for complaint resolution between consumers and businesses. They have established the BBB Standards of Trust and assign a letter grade of A+ – F.

Many shingle manufacturers, such as GAF, also assist customers in choosing their roofing contractor. By showing reviews from customers as well as awards and certificates won by the company.
We recommend you take advantage of the resources available to you to help make an informed decision. The company you choose to install your new roof is just as, if not more, important than the materials installed.
